Trukka processes data needed to run transport and removals workflows for platform admins, companies, drivers, and customers.
Data we process
This can include company details, driver profiles, vehicle details, customer contact information, job and stop details, proof photos, signatures, job status history, live location updates during active jobs, invoice data, payment metadata, and platform billing records.
Why we process it
We use this data to provide dispatch, driver app, customer portal, proof of delivery, billing, payment, compliance, support, and security features. Each company account is kept separate from other companies.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Trukka stores payment status, identifiers, amounts, and settlement metadata, but does not store full card numbers.
Retention
Operational and accounting records are retained for as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, dispute handling, fraud prevention, and platform security. Location and uploaded media retention may be controlled by company settings where available.
Your rights
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, you may request access, correction, restriction, or erasure of your personal data. Trukka includes GDPR export and erasure tooling for customer records, while preserving required job, payment, and accounting records where legally necessary.
