Terms
These terms describe the basic conditions for using Trukka, a multi-company platform for transport and removals operations.
Service
Trukka provides tools for company administration, dispatch, driver workflows, customer job visibility, proof of delivery, invoicing, and payment workflows. Transport companies remain responsible for the services they provide to their own customers.
Tenant separation
Each company account is separated from other companies. Users must only access data they are authorised to view and must keep login details secure.
Acceptable use
Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, upload unlawful material, interfere with service availability, or use Trukka to process data without a valid business reason.
Payments and commission
Companies may use supported payment methods, including Stripe-based card payments where enabled. Platform fees or commission may be withheld from card payments or billed separately according to the company's plan and settings.
Availability and liability
Trukka is provided with reasonable care, but operational availability can be affected by maintenance, connectivity, third-party providers, or incidents outside our control. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use of Trukka after changes are published means the updated terms apply.
